Type of Character: Demon / Vampire 
Character Description: Standing around 6'6 , very solidly built from the hunt. He track and kills what he eats. He is always working with his body testing it, tattooing, piercing always finding new ways to enjoy it. His skin tone is a bit dark and weathered. He has long dreds, he very seldom if ever takes human form and never turns full demon unless hunting. He has very long talons and his teeth are razor sharp.
History:
Philistine's mother is a emotion demon, feeding from extreme emotions. Weather it is lust, fear, shock, anger all feed them the higher the level the more then feed. On one night seeing a vampire just turned. She crawled into his bed, his lust filled her with his seed. Not yet dead was placed inside her. When their love making finished she rose from the bed laughing feeling the seed inside reached down and took the neonates unlife from him so that he could never claim any hold over her or her soon to be born. Returning to hell, telling Vassago, the only one who commands her, of her tail, They laughed and watched as the child grew to the grand dutchess.
Due to this strange unnatural mixture Philistine is different then other Demons, because he can recreate others like him. Within his bite can mean fury, death, a meal and for a few to be changed eternally into a what he is a Vampiric Demon with all the benefits of a demon and the only side effect of vampirism is that he can recreate and craves flesh as well. Now he and his must feed upon living flesh at least one time each full cycle of the moon.

Philistine is a rogue amongst the Dark ones, sometimes making his own rules, many times breaking the Law in the process. He has a passion for meat, especially human flesh, that sometimes drives him beyond our control. However, because he is the best warrior we have, they keep him around. It is said that the spirit of the Beast within him outshines any transgression he may have done.
His other passion are females. He is a regular Casanova amongst the Dark ones. Nothing stops him from showing his "affections".
Philistine's is Vampiric in nature - one bite spread his "blight". If he doesn't kill it, the Natural victim then becomes one of Philistine's to suggest. This effect lasts for one day, unless very strong willed, they will feel compelled to do his bidding. The next day the victim may wish to find him needing the feeling that they had. If so the victim, willl seek him out if biten three days in a roll. They will become like him. This against Island Law, because it does not leave complete free choice. Peloquin occasionally ventures out into the Natural world with his tribe called the Philistine. He seeks to increase his tribe's membership. For
Add-ins & Elaborations
Philistine has a craving for human flesh and apparently it's a strong one. He can live off of animal flesh, but human flesh is his favorite. Flesh feeds his "beast" side - the demonic creature he can summon once he is on his hunt.
Philistine's bite does causes a change in his victim. If bitten three day in a roll, after the victim is bitten, the bite revives the victim as a dark one, with a cold and heart-unbeating. They are now a member of the Philistine. The blight he carries and spreads is closely linked to the Dark ones spirit and the Blood of the Beast. It brings out " the inner demon" of the victim, creating the beast side of the newly anointed Philistine.
Fresh blood triggers the change to "the Beast" in all the Philistine and each Philistine appears different - each victim has their own inner beast.
Philistine is very strong and virtually unstoppable. He can not be killed by normal means. He has a sensitivity to the Sun, but can survive in it for a time. Direct sunlight prevents his transformation to the Beast.
Natural Weapons/Abilities
Claws, Bite, Enhanced Strength and Agility while in Bestial Form (10 to Physical stats).
Supernatural Weapons/Abilities
Faces) Without much effort they can change appearance. But they most change to their normal appearance to feed, cause spells etc. It is an illusion so it must be cast before you are in their view. This is only appearance, they would not become the anyone else. Literally become them, just look like. Otherwise the minds eye would see the truth. This spell also would not work on someone older then they are.
Statue) In extreme cases, they can cause themselves to change to stone, using the Vampiric side and pulling their blood from their physical being. But because of the hardness of their flesh they appear to be a stone statue. To be released from this state they must Be soaked in blood for an entire day and then fed the flesh of a very recent living being.
Call of three) The three are connected mentally if they are within a 100 miles. If three of them stand together they can call up their mutual power, adding it together as one. This cycle is very powerful as they link their minds and cast the spell. (to do this they must all be in the same room. They roll the dice total it up and divide it in half. To beat them you must out roll that number.
Call of the beast, In all creatures there lives a beast. An evil side, Call from Grace is one of Phill's powers. By using the beast within him he can call to yours.
Level 1) Can whisper to you, pushing away the desire to do good, and do something wrong, it only lasts for a
minute or two , depending on how good you are in true nature you may or may not act on
it. then you are standing wondering what caused you to want to do this (the little devil on your shoulder) (no roll needed since you decide your actions). You would have no idea why you did this and would not think it came from outside forces.
Level 2) Looking you in the eyes calls to your dark side, telling you to do something you have the overwhelming desire to do it. If it is something that you would not do even in your darkest thought you could over come it. If it would cause you physical damage or another you can also resist. (he must roll an 8 and you must out roll him by 4 to not do
so.) You would have no idea why you did this and would not think it came from outside forces.
Level 3) Urges, If you are in an emotional setting, and he is present he can call to you and you would do the first action the enters your mind not the conscious one. Example someone pisses you off your mind says to punch them, yell at the tell them off. But you conscience stops you from doing so. With his help you would not resist that urge you would just do it. Some woman is teasing you, first thought is to kiss her you don't because you think it is not smart to do. Now you probably would. (Happens if he rolls a 10 or higher you have to out roll him by 6 not to do so.) You would have no idea why you did this and would not think it came from
outside forces.
Level 4) Inhibitions, By touching your skin anywhere and then casting the spell can make you lose your
inhibitions. If suggested that you dance naked on the bar top and some part of you would do it, then you would find yourself doing so. If you have been drinking then you would have very little chance of overcoming it as well. If you have ever woken the morning after drinking and told the crazy things you did or woke up beside someone wondering how the hell this happened. It was probably because of Phil or one of his kind. He must roll min of a 15 and out roll you, if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol then you must out roll him by 6
Level 5) The O, by touching your skin anywhere and casting the spell, he must be in the same room as you. After he casts the spell you feel yourself getting excited. If a male you quickly get hard, feeling like a mouth is over you and within a minute or so you erupt. If female it feels like a tounge is on your button and within a minute you erupt. You may find it very hard not to react in public. You would have no idea how this took place. It would feel like a wet day

Imps Cry
Level 1) By calling on the demon world can summon 1 foot Imps to aid him, they may simply run around causing havoc or even attack a foe. They would be more annoying the deadly
Level 2) Imps surprise, by calling level one then rolling a 10 or high the Imps will double in size and act as a weapon, their claws and Teeth Razor Sharp. (you must out roll him for them not to connect)
Level 3) Winged thing, By rolling a 14 the Imps will grow wings and be able to fly to attack, chase or maim. (again must out roll for them to miss)
Level 4) Beasts Dance, if you are a changeling , vampire or creature with a dark side can call to your beast, evilness and make it rage. If you are a
changeling you will change and your beast will be furious attacking. If you are a vampire or other creature you will change into that and attack anything. (he must roll a 12 and out roll you by 6 to bring the change.)
Level 5) Dance with the Beast, he can call your evil out if he succeeds in this for one hour you will change to your beast side and your beast will listen to his direction. He does not control your beast because nothing can control your beast, it simply will listen to him. ( he must out roll you by 12 and have a starting roll of 20)
The Hunt
During the hunt a fog rolls in, watching it is a marvel. It crawls, like a sentient being finding it's way to the the hunted, making it very hard for the hunted to escape or see his/her pursuers. If a dark night falls and you hear the sounds of beasts screaming in a dense fog turn the other way so you are not confused with the Hunted.
Level 1) He changes into full demon form, his size reaching almost 9 foot tall. His skin becomes hard as stone. His talons extend on his hand to 9 inch razor sharp blades. (roll of 6)
Level 2) He now can smell your scent and track you up to a mile away. You can mask this if you know he is hunting you with perfume, spices and other things. (roll of 12)
Level 3) His speed and agility raises, the beast grows with in him. The longer the hunt goes on the more chance that he will destroy the target. (roll 15)
Level 4) His body becomes translucent with the environment, it seems like there is a blur of the thing you see, yet still looks like it. (roll of 20)
Level 5) He now becomes impossible to see and smell, he is completely invisable. This fades the moment he touches his target (roll of 24)
Slight Shape shift (into Bestial form)
"Blight" - His bite changes the victim (Humans only) and brings out the inner demon of the victim - a combination of fear and instinct that drives the bestial side.
