Description: Character
History: Noone is sure how LBD was born, or if he was even born at all. A being of pure, raw energy…he has not true flesh and blood. Born from a star, or so it is rumored, he has walked on this plane for quite some time. All of his friends have been made over these eons, and he treats them as his family…since he has none of his own. As such, he has fathered many children…eighteen in all. His newest daughter is Solstice, a baby dragon that he healed and helped take care of…her parents having been killed by humans. His age is tremendous, and there hasn’t been a place he has not visited. (A better history will be attached later) Items: He doesn’t carry any items besides his scythe. The haft being six and a half feet long, the blade is a third of that, two and a half feet long in all. Having bought the enchanted Scale of Draco, the Dragon God, he molded and formed it into the blade of his scythe. By using his scythe, he gets an extra dice for three turns, once per battle. Any others items he gets from a type of null-space on a different plane. He has but reach a taloned hand out to grab them LBD's weakness: He has few weaknesses,
this powerful creature. Being
a non-elemental dragon, he has no spells…and can only use the runes on
his scythe. Running off of
his energy, he MUST be holding his scythe to use any sort of true magic. The blade of his scythe contains all six runes, of all six
elements…thanks to the recently added Draco scale His other weakness is Dragon Rage. If a friend or family members of his is injured, he may enter this stage. In dragon rage, he cannot distinguish between friend or foe, and will crush anything that stands in his way. This is also the only way to get to his final form. See attached sheets. Abilities --Abilities (Human Form)— All abilities used in his human form can be used without levels, solely based on his concentration. Draconic beings use Vristra, or “willpower”, to power their abilities. Vampires use their blood, Fae and Garou use Glamour….and Dragons use mental power and Vristra, in combination with their elements. As such, Dragons tend to have the highest willpower of any creature…solely because their very powers and even existence run on it. There are six abilities Khaeos may use in his human form: Sesshorao Mehikol – This is merely a term for energy creation and manipulation. Khaeos is a non-elemental Dragon, or as the Draconic Council states….the Dragon of Energy and Time. By creating and manipulating energy, he can create beams, balls, shards and otherwise forms of energy attacks. The power and force of the attack is determined by the size, and how long he concentrates (I.e. How many posts are made of him charging the energy). The longer the concentration, the more powerful the attack. (size, power decided on how high of a roll he has to charge it, using requires another roll) (must out roll a target the higher the roll over the target the more powerful the ball ) Types: There are many types of energy, but the two most common is “forceful” and “cutting”. One may liken it to a person attack someone with a blunt object one time, and a sword the next. A beam of forceful energy would use crushing impact and the factors of gravity on an opponent. Only in extreme concentrations can forceful energy cut skin or any other material. (out roll target) Cutting energy would be likened to the sword. Its main power is in severing, ripping….otherwise, destroying. This is the killing type of energy, used to penetrate. It may not force a person back much, but it will rip through a person like wind through air. (out roll with a min of 58) Being able to distinguish between these two types, and use them fairly and correctly is the key to mastering it. Ak’habel Deshio – By concentrating his energy and willpower, Khaeos can form a shield around him. There are two forms : Light-bending, and physical. The light-bending shield is used as camouflage, bending light about him. However, this is not invisibility. His moving form can be seen….unless he moves slowly…allowing the shield to compromise to his surroundings (Think the movie Predator). (Out roll target) The physical shield does not need much explanation. It is a shield of energy, in the form of a flame surrounding his form. The amount of attacks it deflects depends on the amount of concentration (posts) used to make it. It can also be used as a sort of damager. If anything touches the shield, it is like an aggravator…damaging flesh and any other material from the energy. (out roll target) Hikosis Ji’ore’mal – Khaeos can concentrate and form copies in his mind, pushing the energy and mental will outwards. This is entirely dependent on his concentrations (posts) and his roll. If only one copy is made, if does physical damage equal to the original…but has no abilities. If more than one is made, the strength is exponential, meaning the first copy has half of the originals strength, the third copy has a third of the originals state…and so on. Only four copies can be made. Fatal blow is dealt to a copy, the copy disappears...yet all other copies do not gain strength. Some feedback is dealt to the original. (Roll of 36 for 1 roll of50 for 2 roll of 71 for 3 roll of 88 for 4 ) Copies can not do Fatal blow and only last three rolls, used once per battle. Ni’morel Kakorant – Using his willpower, Khaeos can move earth, objects…practically anything for an attack or defense. This could also be called telekinesis, but in a Dragon it is far more powerful…and is an art in and of itself. A dragon can create rents and fissures in the earth, use physical objects for attack….and lift and move incredibly large objects. As usual, this is based entirely on his concentration (posts made) and the roll he makes. (roll of 12 for under 100 lbs roll roll of 13 or higher for up to 500 lbs roll of 28 for 1000 lbs roll of 24 for 2000 roll of 48 for 3000 roll of 60 any weight up to 5000. Huikoness Po’jer’etx – Forming and willing the energy into his limbs, Khaeos can form weapons of pure, raw energy. Weapons such as a energy sword, club, axe or even a shield are not impossible. The weapons cause a sort of aggravated damage, depending on how high the roll is…due to the form of reactions caused by energy on any material. Based on the concentration and power of the dragon, it is even possible to hit at someone….have it blocked, then form the weapon to penetrate the distance separating it from the target. (out roll target if double their roll it attacks as well) Drako’li Li’gonis – This is merely an empowerment ability. By turning his own energy back into himself after concentration…he can increase speed, strength, stamina and his ability to receive punishment. The amount of these abilities strengthened depends on the roll and the concentration. If this ability is used however, and both are high…it is a incredible force to be reckoned with, if used strategically. ( Roll of 66 1 extra dice 3 rolls) ~Description: Dragon Form— Appearance – Though he can make himself whatever size he so wishes, his basic size on this plane of existence is different than most dragons. Length – In his basic form, his dragon form reaches a length of about 350 feet, including the tail. Variations can be done in different sizes. No form is a set size. Wingspan – Four hundred and ninety feet in his most basic form. Variations can be done in different sizes. No form is a set size. Weapons -- As said above, his size can be done to practically any length. As such, his talons also differ. Basic size is fifteen foot talons, teeth reaching up to two feet…fangs at four. His tail has a bulb on the end, and when opened…reveals numerous scale spines coated in a neurotoxin. Based upon how hard the hit was and how much poison was administered, the effects vary from just a slowing down of reflexes to complete paralyzation. (out roll to strike out roll by 8 to poison, each number of the 8 is stronger poison) Scales
– Unbreakable. Not a weapon
has been forged that can penetrate dragon scale, unless a soft spot is
seen, or a previous wound reopened form being fully healed. Unless you have a particle cannon, but then again Khaeos is
an energy dragon…so he could just absorb or deflect the energy.

around his mouth.
The scale is softer and flexible, and easier and able to be broken.
If hit, it does damage Aggravated damage) --Abilities: Dragon Form – The abilities from his human form carry over, with little changes…except for one or two distinct ability traits in his draconic form. Tri’li’gonis – In his more true form, Khaeos has a MUCH greater control over energy than he does in human form. In the extremes, he can practically create structures or holding cells from energy…shrines and anything else are not out of the realm of possibility. There is no need to say what he could do with weapons. (need more def to use) As for his attacks, besides the usual breath attack (which is energy, naturally), he can do the same as in his human form, which is to do the same from his hands. (roll of 77 to activate and then one extra die 3 turns, no to doing anything he wants) ~Weakenesses~ All his strengths and abilities are listed above, so here are some of his weaknesses. - Khaeos has no magic whatsoever. The only magic he has is in the runes on the sscythe, and he MUST have the scythe to use them. They run off his energy. - Dragon Rage - If a loved one is killed, he automatically goes into Dragon Rage. In this state, he recognizes noone except his mate….and destroys everything. - His powers run on his willpower. If that was to be contained….then he is unable to use his abilities. Hence, only physical attacks.
