She dresses most often in long skirts and loose shirts of rich
jewel tones of blue and red and gold and amber and such.
She often wears an anklet with tiny silver bells that give her step
a quiet melody. Her feet are
usually shod in soft slippers or sandals, though when she goes into the
hills to harvest herbs she wears sturdy boots.
Around her neck she always wears a necklace made of jade. This necklace was given to her by her uncle Roaring Rage, and
is a protective charm against harmful magics. Mental Description: Larka
can be very reserved with those she does not know. She is polite but not always quick to embrace new people as
her friend though she will give them the benefit of the doubt and the time
to show who and how they are. Through
the years she has developed certain attitudes towards other races.
They are as follows: Elves:
She has grown very comfortable with elves and enjoys their company.
Though she does not always realize it she has adopted some of their
mannerisms, especially a tendency to be aloof from those she does not know
or respect. However, by and large she
dislikes and distrusts humans as an inferior species.
Garou: Since she is
half-Garou she can sense the presence of other Garou, even when in a
human-seeming from. She has
a wary respect for them. Being
only half Garou she is not accepted by most and downright shunned by
some. Character
History: Larka was born to
Zinthea (a Ke’Chara Shapeshifter) and Moon_Spiral (a Garou). She has also a twin sister of the name Spiral_Dancer.
When she was young she had a large extended family.
However while still in her teens that family splintered and
disintegrating. Many died and others simply vanished into the hills, never to
be heard from again. Greatly
distressed by the conflict within the family, and feeling that she was
being torn in two, Larka spent many long weeks exploring the hills and
deserted ruins of previous civilizations.
While on one of her journeys she inadvertently activated a long
dormant spell. This spell
was intended to age the target to the point of death.
Fortunately for Larka, the jade charm she wore protected her, and
simply caused her to be aged overnight from 12 to 24.
This has some rather harsh effects on her inborn abilities,
especially since the disintegration of her family and the absence of her
father left her pretty much stranded and alone.
Around this time she met LightTreader and LeetahElf.
She still has her cottage, left to her by her mother after her
death, but she resides mainly in the Fortress of Light and has become an
unofficial member of the House of Treader.
She considers them her family now and has come to be comfortable
in the company of elves. She
is also the resident healer within the Fortress.

The closer she is to water the stronger her magic is.
She uses this element to focus the energy which she uses for
healing or other forms of magic. Occasionally she will use her own life energy in dire
situations but she usually uses the energy of the water that is her
element. She can use her
elemental power to heal wounds and to create items from water that can
take on true form and life. When
she is working with the elemental she often seems to have a glow of
silver-blue haze around her and/or the object she is working with. Near

of her contact with the water elemental she can tell if water is safe
for drinking or is dangerous (polluted, poisoned, etc) (auto) Wilderness Sense- Larka can
walk through dense brush and thorns with no harm to her or her clothing,
and she leaves no sign or trail of her passing. (discussion) Venom Immunity- She has an
immunity to poison (natural ones like snake venom or nightshade only),

the strength and size of the dose of poison Learned
Skills: Language:
Elven (high elf and woods elf), basic communication to Garou,
Human mortal languages of English, French, Italian, minimal Chinese, and
Ke’Charan.
Healing: She has
studied herbal medicines extensively.
These medicines include Native American healing remedies from the
east coast, old w0orld traditional remedies (medieval and renaissance
time period), and some of the traditional Chinese herbal remedies.
This healing works almost exclusively on the living.

There are a couple energy potions that can give a weakened
vampire sufficient energy to sustain his unlife until he can feed again,
but that feeding must be within 2 hours of receiving the potion. Weapons: Larka is
proficient in both dagger and sword fighting, using two 9 inch pewter
handled double edged daggers and a 3½ foot finely worked sword of
Damascus steel. She also has a set of
Dragon Scale armor that conforms to her body when she puts it on.
This armor is very light but very hard, repelling physical
attacks as well as fire and heat damage. (Raises defense by .25 but
slows attack costing .25) She was given a sword, called DragonSlayer, which can be used to wield lighting/energy elemental magic. This can call down Lightning from the sky, or can be used to generate electricity and light energy in a battle. Weaknesses:
