Character Description:


Elor is 5'11 well toned and lightly muscled, Reddish hair, silver eyes, served in the Elven Royal Service and is a bit stiff in appearance.

Mental Description:
Is the Brother to the King of the Grey Elves Brenin Llwyd , was raised in the Royal court and served in the Royal Service. He has always felt he has to be a step sharper, smarter and quicker then all, simply because he will always be number two. He carries himself in a manner that fits his station, but when allowed enjoys himself a great deal. He unlike most Elves believe that the Humans have much to offer and has no problem taking from any creatures. He takes the best that all have to offer, food, weapons, items, even underwater gear.

Character History:

Ban Telyn was what he called home Pity it exists no more. Born the second son to the Royal house of Llwyd within the Grey Kingdom. He made always preformed all the duties that a second son should do. He went away to schools, preparing himself to be an ambassador to the world in the name of the Royal house. Shortly after he finished his studies he joined the Royal Service and learned the art of battle and more importantly freedom. Being the second in line to the throne always made him work to achieve the highest he could do. Receiving almost ever honor that is to be bestowed on a soldier, Elor moved on to fight in a new arena that of Politics. He moved around the world developing new and strong ties with the world. Brenin Llwyd sent Elor to the Island to look after his interests and to developed an new strong hold for the Grey Elves here on the Isle. 

Weapons:

As he learned early in life he carries a satchel with many of the tricks of the trade, he is never without his sword he was given by the High Commander of the United Royal Armies, as a show of gratitude for his actions in the battle fields. On his back he carries a bow and quiver, the arrows are specially coated with a thin oil that will easily ignite. The tips are of a Silver alloy. On his side is an Elven dagger with a ruby handle presented to him by Alucard in the old world charmed so that he can speak with the recent dead and to aid her in some of her necromancy .

 

Spells and Abilities

Power of Xoriah

 With in the Elven is the Goddess of Flame, the Flame is his ally and has assisted him in many a battle and day.

 Level 1  Blaze:

 The Elven user holds his hand flat and concentrates and a small flame appears in his/her hand it can be used for light, or warmth it can not be thrown.

 Level 2 Fiery Wrath: 

With one delicate movement the Elf takes his arm back and then forward pointing at an object and a single flame races at his target (out roll target)

Level 3 The Royal Crown
A crown of white flames appears above the head of the Elf, enveloping him with glorious array of flames, acting as a shield and once in effect will hold during the battle (roll of 16 to start it)

Level 4 Roar of the Dragon

The visage of A Flaming Angered Dragon strikes out from the outstretched hand of the Elf, and speeds forward roaring it's anger. The roar of the Dragon has a range of 12' and it is absolutely straight. Any thing in it's path must roll equal or under it's Strength or be Knocked Down. If the spell hits a building it stops. (roll of 18)

Level 5 Circle of Fire:

Moving his hand in a circle around him and anyone close a circle of flames rise around them. Slowly rising to a 10’ high wall of solid fire. (roll of 19)

 Power of Yatindar

 Within the Elven is the God of Law and Honor, without these two an Elf is nothing.

 Level 1 With in:

The Elven who looks within himself and pulls upon his honor can then  stave off the pain of the battle and fight as if he is without injury for 4 rounds. (roll of 10)

 Level 2  Knowledge of the Law
By calling upon this power the caster will know and understand the laws of the land he is in and is able to defend his rights or that of another’s as well. . ( roll
of 9)

 Level 3  Light of Honor
A radiant white light emerges from the hand of the Elf, banishing all fears and doubts of his comrades. Any friendly’s within 8" of the caster is immune to psychology and never break from combat. This spell lasts 3 rolls. ( roll of 12)

 Level 4 Invoke honor

The Elven utters the name of Yatindar, the god of honor and law. And the one he is directly looking at his filled with honor and a strong desire to do what is right. (roll of  15)

 Level 5 Word of Power
The Elven utters the True Name of the Asuryan, the lord of the Elf gods. Shaken by his awesome power, the enemies of the Elves become weak and ineffective, they are unable to roll the next roll to defend. ( roll of 20)

These are not of Elven nature simply learned through his quest for inner strength and honor. Spending almost a hundred years with the monks he learned these as well.

 

Dargons Breath; 

Calling to the heat within him, pulls on the power of the heat from inside. A blue light flows from him to the Person. 

Lvl 1: By concentration can heal small wounds, takes no damage (roll of 4). (takes no damage)

Level 2: Sending the energy into large wounds closes the wound and stops the bleeding does not take away pain or heals the injury simply cauterizes the wound. (roll of 10) takes 1 damage minor wound, two larger, the larger yet, 5 max. 

Level 3: Internal; Again Carterizes the wound even the internal organs, but does not heal, the wound simply closes it.. (Must roll at least a 12). Takes min of 5 damage, no more then 10)

Chi

Level 1 Fo-Chi

Those who are well practiced in the martial arts are known to be able to break wood and brick with their hands, feet and heads. The Focus is an extension of that ability, with concentration, the user can focus their inner power into a massive strike, which, instead of wood and brick, can break through walls of stone or iron and destroy the most powerful of enemies. With this power, a user may send an enemy flying with the lightest of blows. (It is rumored that a higher level of chi allows the user to focus such power through objects, such as swords or bullets.) (roll of 10 to break bricks, wood etc, roll of 18 for walls, roll of 20 for iron, roll of 22 for large metal objects, roll of 24 to catch a bullet)

Level 2 Tri – Chi

If after the ritual is done, a user concentrate he/she may extend his hand against the air and shove a powerful thrust and cause a target several feet away to fall from the blow (roll of 10)

 Level 3 Mai- Chi

When one has reaches a complete level of peace through meditation and acupuncture while their body is in its form he may leave his inner self may leave the body and go any where he wishes it to be. It will not have substance but anyone seeing him will believe it is he/she (roll of 12)

 Level 4 Men-Chi

 Having another before him during the ritual he/she may reach out and touch any portion of the one doing the ritual and will see and hear all the other has, unless denied can see all memories past and present. (roll of 15)

 Level 5 Fan-Chi

 This is an extreme level of action, after a series of no less then 10 rolls of over 14 in a roll, he can make his body immune to all attacks for 10 rolls. (if used in battle must inform the other at onset)

The rest of these a gifts and not so much spells simply things that he can do.

 Relocate: By thinking of an place or holding an object from that place can step forward and be at the place. (roll of 10)
