Character Description:  Crymson stands 5’7” with vivid red hair that hangs to the backs of her knees and ice blue eyes. She is in very good physical shape from performing and dancing.

Mental Description: Crymson is very independent and does not form more then superficial bonds with very many people. She is very open-minded and adventurous. Crymson is very comfortable with her own sexuality. She does not deal well with bad manners or selfishness.

 Character History:  Born in 1682 in Salem, Massachusetts Crymson was 10 years old when the Salem Witch Trials started. Her parents were worried that their daughter’s unusual looks would draw the attention of the witch hunters so the family relocated to Boston. Crymson was fourteen when her Father Samuel died suddenly. To help support her Mother and younger brother Crymson took a job working at a local tavern as a dishwasher and later learned to wait tables. She learned that her appearance drew men’s notice, which she learned to use to her advantage. Crymson’s mother remarried when Crymson was 17.Having no desire to get married herself; Crymson auditioned for the local theatre company and was hired on. Her work with the Boston Company led to offers from a New York Company. Crymson traveled with them overseas dancing, acting and singing her way across Europe. When she was 22 she caught the eye of a very wealthy man by the name of Darius Darkheart. Darius begin attending every one of her performances, showering Crymson with gifts. Darius’ intensity made Crymson uncomfortable.

While she was flattered by the attention she kept him at arm’s length. If Crymson would have had any idea of what Darius really was she would have done more then keep him at arm’s length she would have run for her life. When the theatre company reached China so did the news that Crymson’s Mother, brother and Step Father had been killed some months back in a house fire. To escape her deep emotional pain and grief Crymson sunk into the world of the Opium Dens. It was at the lowest point that she had done herself mortal physical harm that Darius showed up at the current drug den carrying Crymson out and into his carriage. Right there in the dim interior of the opulent carriage as she lay dying he forced the dark gift on her. Darius took her to his current residence and cared for her during the first week of her new life before disappearing and leaving her to fend for herself. Crymson swore she would never take the life of another nor take blood from a human being. She has kept that promise to herself keeping herself alive with blood from animals and later blood banks.

As the centuries past she has worked as everything from a waitress to a stripper. Always keeping on the outer edge of society for fear of too many unanswerable questions.
