Character Description:
Dragon Form: She measures 175 feet from nose to tail. What she lacks in size, she makes up for in beauty and spirit. Her scales are a spectrum of blue, from the lightest iridecent azure across her back to the deepest violet on her wing tips. She has light green eyes. Her claws are tipped in silver.

Human Form: She stands about five feet tall, slender but not skinny. She has waist length ordinary brown hair, curly and unruly. Her eyes are light green, almond shaped. Her skin is fair. She is soft and pretty and everything feminine. Her manner of dress changes often, depending on her whim that day, but she favors wearing anything the color blue.

Mental Description:

Azure is gentle and kind to everyone around her, forgiving when others are not. She sees past rough edges and personality flaws and loves people for the spirit they posses inside. though she has a temper, and is best not crossed, it rarely shows. She is quick witted and intelligent, fun loving and seemingly without care. She loves deeply, builds strong friendships, and rarely meets a creature she doesn't like.

Character History:

Many, many thousands of years ago, in a time where the gods of ancient Greece roamed the Earth, the god of the sea laid claim to and island in the middle of what is now known as the atlantic ocean. The island was the most beautiful of places, every tree leaf glistening in the sun, every grain of sand the purest white,and Poseidon was well pleased to call it his own. The most beautiful creatures resided there, the great scaled beasts of the air known as dragons. Each was beautiful in it's own way, but one caught his attention. The lovely golden female known as Cleito. He wanted her, and as gods often do, he made himself into the likeness of a dragon so he could have her as his own. In time, she bore him five sets of twins, all male. They each ruled one tenth of the island, and for a time all was peaceful. But the dragons began to get greedy, and Poseidens' sons sset out to conquer the world, to make all bow to the dragons. The gods gathered to decide what could be done to stop the destruction of the dragons. Cleito begged that her race, once noble, not be destroyed, nor the beautiful island they called home. In the end, the gods had pity on the race. Another five sets of twins were born, all female. Though the gods sank the island to depths unknown to any living creature, killing the corrupt dragon race, the ten remained, known as the Daughters of Atlantis. Through the ages, they are reborn, time and time again. When the dragons are a pure race once more, worthy of the paradise they once called home, the ten will be drawn together to restore the island of Atlantis. Azure is one of these ten, as is her twin, angeline. Each age, she is born with memories of the past, knowledge of an island she has never seen. She never recalls having any family, other than her sister. Each new era sees her searching for the others like her....So her soul may finally rest.

Abilities:

Communication: She has the ability to communicate with any living creature, provided the creature wants to be spoken to. Also, she can imitate any vocal sound any living creature can make. (auto)

Elemental/Water: She has the ability to create and destroy water, limited to once a day. (roll of 15)

Weather Control: Can cause shifts in the weather pattern, causing rainstorms, windstorms,. and lightning. On rare occasions, can cause tornados. (closed for more definition)

Flight: Duh. She's a dragon.
Claws: See flight.
Breath Weapon: Lightning bolts are her breath weapon. Five feet wide, striking to lengths up to 100 ft (roll of 15 to ignite must out roll target to strike does 1.5 damage if hits)

Spells:
Color Shift- a form of illusion. Scales shift to any color she chooses, useful to have when confronted with an unknown enemy. As most cannot tell the different races of dragons apart based solely on anatomy, scale shifting hides true abilities from would be attackers. (roll of 16)
Shadow Sight- can connect with shadows within her line of sight (up to ten yards away), which allows her to see as if she were inside that shadow, including the passage of invisible creatures through the shadow. (target must out roll her by 5 to stay hidden)
Shadow Dragon- Total transformation to shadow. In this form, she retains all abilities, though she is totally invisible in the dark. (80% sucess rate if attempting to hide in shadows during daylight or in a well lit room) Takes one round to perform shift. Her only weakness in this form is to light based attacks. (target must out roll her by 5 to see her)
