Lucia was the second born to Lucian and Tamara Mondragan, prominent figures in the Romania Mondragan Tribe. She has three other siblings, Zarand, her older brother, Natasha and Sabirah, her younger sisters. When Lucia left for the states to attend college, her tribe was attacked by another Romanian tribe, her parents were killed and her sisters taken for slavery. For four years Lucia continued her studies in business management and searching for her sisters.
After long searching Lucia located her sisters in Hungry. The bounty for their freedom was a million dollars, something Lucia didn’t possess and even with her degree would never achieve that amount of money. Hearing a rumor of an island that offered sanctuary to “supernatural” individuals, Lucia began another search. Upon arriving she began to make arrangements for her sister’s release and sent for her older brother.
Lucia came across an ad for work her first week of employment, upon meeting her prospective employer; Lucia made arrangements for her sister’s journey to the island.
